→ For able-bodied people :
Top of the hooks at 150 cm for men, 130 cm for women and 90 cm for children over 7 years old. 



→ For someone with reduced mobility :
Top of the hooks at 110 cm and more than 40 cm from an angle.

According to the french decree of April 20, 2017, article 4 :
« The manual control devices made available to the public meet the following requirements :
- they are located more than 0.40 m from an inside corner of the walls or any other obstacle when approaching a wheelchair ;
- they are located at a height between 0.90 m and 1.30 m ;
- they are perceptible and detectable. »
